Working in association with the Suzy Lamplugh Trust|, Services to Business will be hosting a workshop to raise awareness of the issues surrounding the personal safety of staff.

The workshop will cover objectives which will develop your skills to avoid, reduce or manage potentially difficult situations including:

• Risk assessing personal safety when travelling by car, public transport, or staying in hotels
• Setting up an effective communication with mobile staff, including tracing/tracking staff and vehicles
• Understanding peoples’ trigger points and dealing with aggressive people
• Improving your personal skills for managing difficult situations
